The Squad Management was founded in Cape Town with a single conviction: that the quality of talent representing your brand at ground level is the single greatest determinant of whether your activation achieves its objectives. We started as a small, specialist agency focused on the Western Cape events circuit. Over 15 years, we have grown into one of South Africa's most respected talent management and event staffing companies, while never losing sight of the personal, detail-obsessed approach that built our reputation.
