2. Staffing Services Terms

All staffing services provided by The Squad Management are governed by a separate written service agreement. The following terms apply in addition to any such agreement.

Bookings and Cancellations. Confirmed bookings require a signed order form or written confirmation from an authorised representative of the client. Cancellations received fewer than 72 hours before a confirmed event may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the confirmed booking value. Cancellations received fewer than 24 hours before the event may be charged at the full booking rate.

Payment Terms. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. Overdue invoices attract interest at the prime lending rate plus 2% per annum, calculated daily. The Squad Management reserves the right to suspend services in the event of overdue payment.

Client Obligations. The client is responsible for providing a safe working environment for all staff supplied by The Squad Management, in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993. The client must provide adequate briefing material, branded assets and supervisory support where applicable.

Staff Conduct. While The Squad Management takes reasonable steps to vet and train all staff, the client acknowledges that staff are deployed under the operational direction of the client for the duration of each booking. The Squad Management retains the right to recall or replace any staff member whose conduct or performance does not meet agreed standards.

Photography and Media. The Squad Management may photograph or film staff at activations for internal quality assurance and portfolio purposes. Where a client does not wish their brand or venue to be captured, they must notify us in writing prior to the booking.
