Extreme Fighting Championship (EFC) Africa required a professional, reliable ring girl staffing solution for their monthly Championship events at Carnival City and the Cape Town International Convention Centre. The talent needed to meet strict appearance standards, follow event protocol with precision and present calmly in front of live audiences of up to 8 000 people and a national broadcast audience.
Our Solution
The Squad Management established an ongoing ring girl programme for EFC, providing a curated team of trained ring girls for every Championship event. We developed a detailed ring girl protocol and briefing document in collaboration with the EFC production team, and maintained a consistent talent pool to build broadcast recognition. Contingency talent was always on call to cover last-minute unavailability.
